Not all metals are magnetic. In fact, the magnetic properties of metals vary widely. Whether a metal is magnetic or not depends on its atomic and electronic structure. Metals can be categorized into three groups:

3. Diamagnetic Metals: These metals are actually repelled by a magnetic field and have no intrinsic magnetic properties. Materials like copper and silver fall into this category.
So, not all metals are magnetic. It depends on the specific metal and its atomic properties.
